ix Conversion App
During the Conversion phase, old brand graphics (if present) are removed and new brand graphics are installed on physical assets. Originally developed in 2006 to manage the largest vehicle rebranding project in U.S. history, the ix Conversion App provides real-time status on each touchpoint being rebranded. The newly updated App is optimized for use on Apple iPads, and integrates with GPS and Google Maps to assist in logistics of scheduling projects in wide geographic areas.
Scheduling convenient times for the conversion of brand graphics on vehicles, signage and other touchpoints in multiple locations can be challenging. To avoid inconveniencing customers and employees, many conversions are scheduled outside of standard work hours. The Conversion App helps Implementix coordinate communication between employees at each location (e.g., branch managers) and installation teams, and provides detailed work instructions to each supply chain partner, from sign fabricators to installation partners. Upon completion of each installation, photos are uploaded of the newly rebranded asset. Should installations take place in remote locations with limited wireless coverage, photos are automatically backed up for future use.
Clients can track of the progress of the rebranding using a real-time dashboard of key performance indicators and charts. The project home page gives you a summary of the overall project status, such as percentage of branded assets completed, so there are no surprises at the end. You can also run detailed searches to access the data you need, honing in on categories like location or status. For example, what is the status of your sign permits at a specific branch? When is the removal of old signage scheduled? As new signs are installed, when will touch-up patching and painting on walls be completed?
